Working as both a specialty construction company owner/operator and a senior executive in a global construction equipment company, he exhibits a long track record of attaining consistent company growth and profitability. During his 28 year career with an international construction equipment company, Euliss was a key factor in leading its growth from less than $10 million revenues in 1981 to in excess of $400 million in 2007 with 24 of these years showing revenue growth and 26 years of profitability.

His strengths lie in team building, personnel motivation, superior interpersonal skills, marketing analyses, product introductions, market expansions, product sourcing and international market development. He thrives on team building, promoting others success and growing businesses. Euliss has excellent construction equipment industry connections due to long service and industry association participation.

Poonam Kapila

The over 25 years of experience in all aspects of sales and marketing management, and covering all areas of business including operations, finance, government affairs and human resources in the United States, this coupled with formal training in the hotel and food service industry have entrained in Poonam the need to place the customer's needs above all others.

As Vice President of Marketing, Poonam works very closely with the product management, sales management (domestic and international) as well as executive management on a daily basis. Her interaction with international vendors and customers is a key factor in the successful development of a strong brand presence in numerous countries throughout the world.

Participation in domestic and international trade shows and industry organizations along with a high level of support for training of the dealers and their customers has provided Poonam with invaluable hands-on knowledge of market development and customer support.

Garry Haferbier

With 28 plus years in the rental and light construction equipment industry two thoughts come to mind that best describe Garry Haferbier, Customer Based and Results Driven! Starting his career in a family owned rental yard while pursuing an engineering degree gave him a great introduction and understanding of the daily issues faced by rental operators.

Having an engineering background along with mechanical hands on experience has been an asset to both his customer base as well as contractors big and small.

They have come to rely on his knowledge and know-how of creating solutions to the most challenging situations. A natural progression into manufacturing and distribution of the industry further enhanced his grasp of the needs of the contractors, dealers and equipment manufacturers. A consummate team player, motivator and relationship builder, he attributes his success to looking past the obvious, thinking outside of the box and creating solutions that benefit all parties involved.
